Instructions

  1. Combine the almond milk, cornstarch, and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir well until the ingredients mix.
  2. Whisk the mixture constantly as it heats to prevent clumps from forming.
  3. When the mixture reaches a simmer, reduce the heat to low and keep whisking.
