Quick and flavorful buffalo chicken cooked in an air fryer, perfect for meal prep.
Ingredients

- 3 medium chicken , skinless and boneless
- 1/3 cup + 3 tablespoons buffalo sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Avocado or olive oil cooking spray
- 1/2 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
- 1 tablespoon melted butter or ghee
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 360°F and lightly grease the basket with olive oil or avocado spray.
- Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel and place them in a shallow bowl.
- Pour 1/3 cup of buffalo sauce over the chicken and season with salt and pepper. Flip the chicken to coat evenly. Let marinate for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket, smooth side down.
- Air fry for 10 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes.
- Top with remaining buffalo sauce and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use tongs to flip the chicken for even cooking.
- Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to your taste.
