Spicy Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Meal Prep

Description

Quick and flavorful buffalo chicken cooked in an air fryer, perfect for meal prep.


Ingredients

  • 3 medium chicken , skinless and boneless
  • 1/3 cup + 3 tablespoons buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Avocado or olive oil cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter or ghee
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 360°F and lightly grease the basket with olive oil or avocado spray.
  2. Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel and place them in a shallow bowl.
  3. Pour 1/3 cup of buffalo sauce over the chicken and season with salt and pepper. Flip the chicken to coat evenly. Let marinate for 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket, smooth side down.
  5. Air fry for 10 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes.
  6. Top with remaining buffalo sauce and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  • Use tongs to flip the chicken for even cooking.
  • Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to your taste.
