Description
A quick, healthy wrap with crispy air-fried chicken and fresh spinach.
Ingredients

- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 4–6 boneless chicken pieces
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2–3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
Instructions
- Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
- Mix spices and oil in a bowl.
- Coat each chicken piece with the spice mix.
- Marinate the chicken in the fridge for 10-20 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes, flipping every 5-10 minutes.
- Check if the chicken is crispy enough. Cook longer if needed.
- Wash and dry the spinach.
- Spread Caesar dressing on each tortilla, then add spinach.
- Cut the chicken into small pieces and place on the tortillas.
- Wrap and return to the air fryer for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed.
