- 2 whole green onions, chopped

- 1 tablespoon all-purpose seasoning
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, panko breadcrumbs, onions, garlic, eggs, salt, all-purpose seasoning, and hot sauce. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into 2-inch meatballs.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray the basket with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t touch.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until browned and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove and garnish with green onions if desired. Serve with rice, grains, or pasta.
