Ingredients

- 1 Tbsp avocado oil (or olive/vegetable oil)
- 3 tsp lemon juice
- Zest from one lemon
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp smoked paprika (or regular paprika)
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2–3 cloves garlic, finely minced or grated
- 2 (8 oz each) boneless skinless chicken breasts, trimmed
- Lemon zest (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
- Minced fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 370°F.
- In a bowl, mix avocado oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic.
- Coat chicken in the marinade and let sit while the air fryer preheats.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray.
- Place chicken in the basket, leaving space between pieces.
- Cook for 10 minutes, then flip and cook another 5-7 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Remove chicken, tent with foil, and let rest 5-7 minutes (temperature will rise to 165°F).
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
