- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (Apple Pie version)
- 2 cups of cold water (Apple Pie version)
- 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar (Honey Cayenne version)
- 2 Tablespoons honey, ideally raw and local (Honey Cayenne version)
- 1 dash cayenne pepper (Honey Cayenne version)
- 2 cups of warm/hot water (Honey Cayenne version)
Instructions
- For the Limeade version: Mix 1 1/2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar, 1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice, 1 teaspoon sweetener, and 2 cups of cold water.
- For the Ginger Spice version: Mix 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger, 1 teaspoon sweetener, and 2 cups of cold water.
- For the Apple Pie version: Mix 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 2 Tablespoons organic apple juice, 3/4 teaspoon sweetener, 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, and 2 cups of cold water.
- For the Honey Cayenne version: Mix 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 2 Tablespoons honey, 1 dash cayenne pepper, and 2 cups of warm/hot water.
- Taste each drink and add more sweetener if you prefer it sweeter.
- Serve any version cold over ice, unless using the warm water base for the Honey Cayenne version.
