  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Place puff pastry sheet on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

  • Place the wheel of Brie in the center.

  • Spoon cranberry sauce on top of the brie. Add nuts or honey if desired.
