Ingredients
½ cup raw pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
¼ cup chia seeds
¼ cup ground flaxseed
2 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
1 pinch sea salt
Instructions
Toast pumpkin seeds in a dry skillet for 4 minutes until they begin to pop.
Let seeds cool, then combine with chia, flax, lemon zest, cinnamon, and sea salt.
Grind the mixture into a fine powder and store in a sealed jar.
Each morning, stir 1 tablespoon of the mix into 1 cup warm water with lemon juice.
Optional: add 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger for extra boost.
Notes
Store in an airtight jar for up to 3 weeks.
Start with 1 teaspoon if you are new to fiber before increasing to 1 tablespoon.
Best enjoyed before breakfast for maximum satiety.
