- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup additional BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C) with a pizza stone for 45 minutes, or a baking sheet for 15 minutes.
- Toss 2 cups shredded chicken with 1/2 cup BBQ sauce; let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Roll 1 lb (450g) pizza dough into a 12–14-inch circle on a floured surface; transfer it to a peel dusted with 1 tbsp cornmeal.
- Brush the crust edges with 1 tbsp olive oil. Spread 1/2 cup BBQ sauce thinly, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Layer the 1 1/2 cups mozzarella, BBQ chicken, and 1/2 cup red onions.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese bubbles.
- Top with 1/4 cup cilantro; rest the pizza for 5 minutes before slicing.
