- 1 3-oz. raw boneless skinless chicken breast cutlet
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp BBQ sauce (45 calories or less per 2-tbsp. serving)
- 1 large high-fiber flour tortilla (110 calories or less)
- 1/4 cup shredded reduced-fat Mexican-blend cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped red onion
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- nonstick spray
Instructions
- Heat a skillet sprayed with nonstick spray over medium-high heat. Season chicken with garlic and onion powder, then cook for 4 minutes per side until done.
- Chop the cooked chicken and coat with BBQ sauce in a small bowl.
- Place tortilla flat and spread BBQ chicken on one half. Top with cheese, red onion, and cilantro.
- Clean and respray the skillet. Cook the loaded tortilla for 2 minutes.
- Fold the bare half over the filling, press lightly, and flip. Cook until crispy, about 3 minutes.
- Slice into wedges and serve.

- Use whole-grain tortillas for extra fiber.
- Add bell peppers or spinach for more veggies.
