Ingredients

  • 1 medium beetroot, peeled and chopped

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 cup water

  • Optional: lemon juice for freshness

  • Optional: honey for sweetness

  • Optional: mint leaves for garnish


Instructions

  • Peel and chop the beetroot into small pieces.

  • Blend beetroot with water until smooth.

  • Strain for juice or leave thicker for extra fiber.

  • Soak chia seeds in water for 10–15 minutes.

  • Combine beet juice with soaked chia seeds.

  • Add lemon juice or honey if desired.

  • Stir well and chill for 30 minutes.

 

  • Serve with mint leaves if you like.

Notes

  • Store in the fridge for up to 24 hours in a sealed jar.

  • Add ginger, cucumber, or apple for variety.
