A refreshing Beetroot Chia Detox Drink made with fresh beetroot juice and soaked chia seeds. Simple, energizing, and perfect for hydration, digestion, and daily wellness.
Ingredients
1 medium beetroot, peeled and chopped
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 cup water
Optional: lemon juice for freshness
Optional: honey for sweetness
Optional: mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
Peel and chop the beetroot into small pieces.
Blend beetroot with water until smooth.
Strain for juice or leave thicker for extra fiber.
Soak chia seeds in water for 10–15 minutes.
Combine beet juice with soaked chia seeds.
Add lemon juice or honey if desired.
Stir well and chill for 30 minutes.
Serve with mint leaves if you like.
Notes
Store in the fridge for up to 24 hours in a sealed jar.
Add ginger, cucumber, or apple for variety.
Best enjoyed cold, especially as a morning or pre-workout drink.
