Description

Prepare this easy, make-ahead breakfast in a jar for a stress-free morning. These overnight oats taste like birthday cake and are ready to eat straight from the fridge.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop (25 grams) plant-based vanilla protein powder
  • 1 Tablespoon natural rainbow sprinkles
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon butter extract, optional
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl or mason jar.
  2. Stir well to combine.
  3. Seal the container with a lid and place it in the fridge overnight.
  4. Take the container out of the fridge the next morning and stir the mixture.
  5. Add a little more milk before serving if the oats absorbed too much liquid.
