Ingredients

- ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop (25 grams) plant-based vanilla protein powder
- 1 Tablespoon natural rainbow sprinkles
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- ¼ teaspoon almond extract
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon butter extract, optional
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a bowl or mason jar.
- Stir well to combine.
- Seal the container with a lid and place it in the fridge overnight.
- Take the container out of the fridge the next morning and stir the mixture.
- Add a little more milk before serving if the oats absorbed too much liquid.
- Enjoy your breakfast.
Notes
- You can store these overnight oats in the fridge for up to 5 days when meal prepping.
