- 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup full fat greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add oats, almond milk, yogurt, blueberries, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla into a bowl or mason jar.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Seal the container with a lid and place it in the fridge overnight.
- Take the container out of the fridge the next morning and stir the mixture.
- Add a little more almond milk before serving if the oats absorbed too much liquid.
- Top with fresh blueberries or toppings of your choice and eat.
