  • 1 wheel (8 oz) Brie cheese, rind trimmed if desired
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (canned or homemade)
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Open the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Arrange them around a small bowl on the baking sheet to form a ring.
  3. Slice the Brie into cubes and place over the dough. Spoon cranberry sauce on top and sprinkle with pecans.
  4. Fold the dough triangles over the filling, tucking the ends under to secure.
  5. Brush the dough with beaten egg and bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown.
