Description
A festive and easy-to-make appetizer with brie, cranberry sauce, and pecans wrapped in crescent roll dough.
Ingredients
Scale

- 2 cans crescent roll dough
 - 1 wheel (8 oz) Brie cheese, rind trimmed if desired
 - 1 cup cranberry sauce (canned or homemade)
 - ¼ cup chopped pecans
 - 1 egg, beaten
 - Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - Open the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Arrange them around a small bowl on the baking sheet to form a ring.
 - Slice the Brie into cubes and place over the dough. Spoon cranberry sauce on top and sprinkle with pecans.
 - Fold the dough triangles over the filling, tucking the ends under to secure.
 - Brush the dough with beaten egg and bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown.
 - Let cool slightly, garnish with rosemary if desired, and serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes
- Trim the Brie rind for a smoother texture.
 - Use homemade cranberry sauce for a fresher taste.
 - Make ahead by assembling the wreath and refrigerating before baking.
