Description
Quick and crispy chicken bites with buffalo sauce, made in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, diced into 1-inch cubes
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- olive oil for spraying
- ½ cup buffalo wing sauce
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
- Dice chicken into 1-inch cubes and place in a large bowl. Add salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until chicken is coated.
- Add cornstarch and mix again until chicken is coated.
- Spray air fryer basket with olive oil. Add chicken in a single layer. Air fry at 400°F for 8 minutes.
- Place buffalo sauce in a large bowl. Remove chicken from air fryer and toss in the sauce.
- Return chicken to air fryer and air fry for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from air fryer and serve.
Notes
- Use tongs to toss chicken in sauce for even coating.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing if desired.
