Buffalo Air Fryer Chicken Bites

Description

Quick and crispy chicken bites with buffalo sauce, made in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced into 1-inch cubes
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • olive oil for spraying
  • ½ cup buffalo wing sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
  2. Dice chicken into 1-inch cubes and place in a large bowl. Add salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until chicken is coated.
  3. Add cornstarch and mix again until chicken is coated.
  4. Spray air fryer basket with olive oil. Add chicken in a single layer. Air fry at 400°F for 8 minutes.
  5. Place buffalo sauce in a large bowl. Remove chicken from air fryer and toss in the sauce.
  6. Return chicken to air fryer and air fry for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  7. Remove from air fryer and serve.

Notes

  • Use tongs to toss chicken in sauce for even coating.
  • Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing if desired.
