Description

Spicy chicken wraps with cool ranch dressing, fresh vegetables, and melted cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken breast into thin strips.
  2. Whisk together olive oil, hot sauce, paprika, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl. Add chicken and marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Cook chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes until no longer pink.
  4. Spread dressing on tortillas, then layer with lettuce, carrots, avocado, and cheese.
  5. Arrange chicken strips in the center of each tortilla and wrap tightly.
  6. Serve with extra hot sauce or dressing if desired.

  • Marinate chicken longer for deeper flavor.
