Description

A colorful, non-alcoholic punch with layers inspired by candy corn, perfect for Halloween and fall parties.


Ingredients

  • 1 (3-ounce) package lemon-flavored gelatin dessert
  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup vodka, divided
  • 1 1/4 cups mango nectar
  • 2 3/4 cups orange soda, chilled
  • 1 (15-ounce) can full-fat coconut milk, chilled overnight
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • Candy corn, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the gelatin and water in a large bowl, stirring until gelatin dissolves.
  2. Stir in 1/2 cup vodka and mango nectar. Pour into a tall, clear 2-quart pitcher. Cover and chill until thickened but not set, about 2 hours.
  3. Mix remaining 1/2 cup vodka and orange soda. Pour gently over the back of a spoon onto the gelatin layer.
  4. Scoop the firm coconut cream from the can, add sugar, and beat until soft peaks form. Spoon over the punch.
  5. Garnish with candy corn and serve.

Notes
