Description
Festive Candy Corn Swirl Brownies with fudgy chocolate, orange cream cheese swirls, and candy corn topping. The perfect Halloween treat!
Ingredients
1 box brownie mix (plus eggs, oil, and water as directed)
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg yolk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Orange food coloring
Candy corn, for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking tin as directed on the brownie mix box.
Make brownie batter as instructed and spread it in the pan.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla until smooth. Add orange food coloring.
Drop spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture on top of brownie batter. Swirl with a knife.
Bake 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
While still warm, press candy corn on top. Cool, slice, and serve.
Notes
- Don’t over-swirl—less motion creates a prettier marbled effect.
- Add candy corn after baking to prevent melting.
- Store brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
