Instructions
- Whisk together the cooled coffee, milk, caramel sauce, sugar, and instant pudding mix in a mixing cup.
- Add the ice and the coffee mix to a blender. Blend until everything is mixed and the ice is crushed.
- Drizzle caramel inside your serving cup.
- Pour the frappe mixture into the prepared cup.
- Top with whipped cream, extra caramel, and a sprinkle of the toffee bits.
- Serve immediately.
