Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt, pepper, oregano to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook pasta until al dente, drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic, add ground beef, cook until browned.
- Add marinara sauce, season with salt, pepper, oregano. Simmer 5 minutes.
- Combine pasta, beef sauce, and half the cheese in a baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
