- 1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced into rounds
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz.)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
- ½ cup sour cream (optional, for serving)
- ¼ cup sliced green onions (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, ranch seasoning, and black pepper.
- Spread potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven, add sausage, and mix evenly.
- Sprinkle cheese over the top and roast for 10-15 more minutes until melted.
- Garnish with parsley and green onions. Serve with sour cream if desired.

- For extra crispiness, space potatoes evenly on the baking sheet.
