Ingredients

- 1 shot Espresso
- 1/2 tsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
- Whipped cream (to taste)
- Pinch of cocoa powder (for garnish)
Instructions
- Brew the espresso.
- In a saucepan, mix cocoa, cinnamon, chili powder, and brown sugar with a splash of milk to form a paste.
- Add the remaining milk and vanilla, heating over medium until hot, stirring to combine.
- Froth the milk lightly.
- Pour the espresso into a mug, add the spiced milk mixture, and top with whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa powder.
