Description

Bite-sized strawberry cake pops dipped in milk chocolate, perfect for festive occasions.


Ingredients

  • 15.25 ounces strawberry cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons white frosting
  • 12 ounces milk chocolate chips
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix cake with water, oil, and eggs. Bake in a 9×13-inch pan as directed.
  2. Cool cake completely. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  3. Crumble cake in a bowl. Add frosting and mix until dough forms.
  4. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet.
  5. Melt a few chocolate chips. Dip sticks into chocolate, then insert into cake pops.
  6. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  7. Melt remaining chocolate. Dip each cake pop, letting excess drip off.
  8. Add sprinkles before chocolate hardens.
  9. Chill until ready to serve.
