Description

Make this simple, no-bake frozen treat featuring creamy yogurt, melted chocolate, and fresh berries. It is easy to break and share.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 cup Chocolate Chips (semi-sweet, milk, or dark)
  • 24 ounces Greek Yogurt (vanilla recommended)
  • Fresh Berries of Choice (blueberry, blackberry, raspberry used)

Instructions

  1. Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for 30-second intervals, stirring between each until the chocolate is smooth. Let the chocolate cool slightly.
  2. Place a Silpat or parchment paper on a rimmed cookie sheet. Evenly spread the entire package of yogurt over the sheet.
  3. Sprinkle the yogurt with your chosen berries.
  4. Dot the melted chocolate in small mounds all over the bark. Use toothpicks to swirl the chocolate into the yogurt and berries.
  5. Freeze for 4 hours or up to overnight until the bark is completely hardened.
  6. Quickly break the hardened bark into pieces. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

  • Parchment paper works, but a Silpat liner prevents sticking better.
  • You can use any combination of your favorite berries.
  • Breaking the bark into pieces is a satisfying, simple way to serve this dessert.
