Description
Make this simple, no-bake frozen treat featuring creamy yogurt, melted chocolate, and fresh berries. It is easy to break and share.
Ingredients
Scale
- 3/4 cup Chocolate Chips (semi-sweet, milk, or dark)
- 24 ounces Greek Yogurt (vanilla recommended)
- Fresh Berries of Choice (blueberry, blackberry, raspberry used)
Instructions
- Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for 30-second intervals, stirring between each until the chocolate is smooth. Let the chocolate cool slightly.
- Place a Silpat or parchment paper on a rimmed cookie sheet. Evenly spread the entire package of yogurt over the sheet.
- Sprinkle the yogurt with your chosen berries.
- Dot the melted chocolate in small mounds all over the bark. Use toothpicks to swirl the chocolate into the yogurt and berries.
- Freeze for 4 hours or up to overnight until the bark is completely hardened.
- Quickly break the hardened bark into pieces. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
Notes
- Parchment paper works, but a Silpat liner prevents sticking better.
- You can use any combination of your favorite berries.
- Breaking the bark into pieces is a satisfying, simple way to serve this dessert.
