- 4 Medjool dates, pits removed
- 1½ cups (360ml) canned light coconut milk
- ½ cup (120ml) unsweetened soy milk
- 1 tsp (2g) matcha powder
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a saucepan over medium-high heat and stir continuously.
- When hot but not boiling, remove from heat and pour into cups.
