Description
Create elegant, bite-sized holiday appetizers using flaky phyllo shells filled with warm, melted Brie and topped with tart cranberry sauce.

- 15 frozen phyllo shells
- 8 oz wheel or wedge of brie cheese
- 7.5 tsp leftover cranberry sauce plus extra to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Prepare a small baking sheet with parchment or foil if you wish, then place the phyllo shells on it.
- Remove the rind from the brie and cut it into fifteen 1-inch cubes.
- Place one brie cube in each phyllo cup.
- Bake for 8 minutes, or until the brie melts and becomes warm.
- While the phyllo cups bake, warm your cranberry sauce using a microwave or stovetop.
- Once the cups are done baking, add 1/2 teaspoon (or more) of the warmed cranberry sauce to each phyllo cup.
- Enjoy them right away for the best result.
