- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 8 ounces goat cheese, softened
- 1 cup dried cranberries, chopped, divided use
- 1 cup pecan chips, divided use
- ¼ cup sliced green onions, divided use
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to combine the cream cheese and goat cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Add half of the cranberries, half of the pecans, and half of the green onions, along with all of the Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
- Place a large piece of plastic wrap on a flat surface. Spoon the mixture into the center of the plastic wrap.
- Bring up the edges of the plastic wrap to cover the cheese and form it into a ball. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Before serving, place the remaining cranberries, pecans, and green onions in a shallow bowl.
- Unwrap the cheese ball and gently roll it in the mixture to cover.
- Serve with crackers.
