Description

Make this easy baked pasta featuring a rich, creamy sauce made with Boursin cheese for a comforting, crowd-pleasing dinner.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 4 ounces Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese
  • kosher salt to taste
  • fresh pepper to taste
  • fresh Italian parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package directions and drain. Reserve about one cup of pasta water.
  2. Melt butter in a large saucepan. Cook minced garlic for one to two minutes until fragrant, avoiding browning.
  3. Add heavy cream and bring the sauce to a simmer for 5 to 7 minutes until it thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon.
  4. Turn the heat to low. Add Boursin cheese, stirring until it melts and incorporates fully into the sauce.
  5. Taste the sauce and add kosher salt and fresh pepper as needed.
  6. Add the drained pasta to the sauce and toss everything to combine.
  7. Top with fresh parsley for garnish before serving.

Notes

  • Use reserved pasta water to thin the sauce if it becomes too thick.
