Instructions
- Mix the shredded chicken, cream cheese, and diced green chiles together in a bowl until combined.
- Roll the chicken mixture into the tortillas and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Pour the green chile enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes at 350°F until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve immediately with sour cream and cilantro if desired.
Notes
