- 3 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken
- 2 packets dry ranch seasoning
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the dry ranch seasoning over the chicken.
- Top the chicken with the cream cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
- Shred the chicken using two forks.
- Top the shredded chicken with the cheddar cheese.
- Cover the slow cooker until the cheese melts.
- Serve the chicken on buns, over rice, and garnish with chopped green onions.
