Ingredients

  • 3 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken
  • 2 packets dry ranch seasoning
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the dry ranch seasoning over the chicken.
  3. Top the chicken with the cream cheese.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  5. Shred the chicken using two forks.
  6. Top the shredded chicken with the cheddar cheese.
  7. Cover the slow cooker until the cheese melts.
  8. Serve the chicken on buns, over rice, and garnish with chopped green onions.
