  • 1 cup white sugar

  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Combine the mashed bananas, sugar, egg, and melted butter in one bowl. Mix them well.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the flour and baking soda together. Stir this dry mixture into the banana mixture until the batter is just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Stir in the salt. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
