Ingredients

  • 100 g caster sugar
  • 50 g cornflour
  • 500 g full cream milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Place the lemon zest, sugar, and cornflour into the Thermomix bowl and mill for 10 seconds, Speed 9. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
  2. Add the milk, eggs, and vanilla bean paste to the bowl. Cook for 7 minutes, 90 degrees, Speed 4.
  3. Serve immediately.
