Description

Simple, refreshing, bite-sized frozen yogurt treats made with Greek yogurt, mascarpone, and fresh berries for a light snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups full-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup mascarpone
  • ⅓ cup agave syrup or maple syrup
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • ¼ cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the Greek yogurt, mascarpone, and agave or maple syrup in a bowl. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Prepare metal molds in a desired shape, such as hearts, and place them on the lined baking sheet.
  4. Spoon 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture into each mold.
  5. Top each portion with sliced strawberries and blueberries.
  6. Place the tray in the freezer for 3 to 4 hours, or until the yogurt is completely frozen.

Notes

  • You can use any shape of silicone mold or even small paper cups for portioning.
  • If you do not have molds, you can spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined tray and cut it into squares once frozen.
