Description
Simple, refreshing, bite-sized frozen yogurt treats made with Greek yogurt, mascarpone, and fresh berries for a light snack.
Ingredients

- 2 cups full-fat plain Greek yogurt
- ⅓ cup mascarpone
- ⅓ cup agave syrup or maple syrup
- ½ cup fresh strawberries sliced
- ¼ cup blueberries
Instructions
- Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the Greek yogurt, mascarpone, and agave or maple syrup in a bowl. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
- Prepare metal molds in a desired shape, such as hearts, and place them on the lined baking sheet.
- Spoon 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture into each mold.
- Top each portion with sliced strawberries and blueberries.
- Place the tray in the freezer for 3 to 4 hours, or until the yogurt is completely frozen.
Notes
- You can use any shape of silicone mold or even small paper cups for portioning.
- If you do not have molds, you can spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined tray and cut it into squares once frozen.
