Description

A quick and flavorful pasta dish with shrimp, garlic, butter, and lemon.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz Fettuccine
  • 1 lb Shrimp
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • ¼ Juice of Lemon
  • ¼ Lemon Zest
  • 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook garlic until fragrant for 2 minutes.
  3. Melt butter in the same pan and cook shrimp until opaque, about 4-6 minutes.
  4. Add lemon juice, lemon zest, parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Stir until cheese melts.
  5. Add the cooked fettuccine to the pan and mix well.
  6. Garnish with parsley before serving.
