Description
Make quick, crunchy potato chips flavored with garlic and Parmesan cheese using simple ingredients.
Ingredients

- 2 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 3 tbs Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Soak potato slices in cold water for 20 minutes.
- Remove slices and pat them dry completely.
- Mix olive oil and garlic powder together in a bowl.
- Add potato slices and stir or turn to coat them evenly.
- Lay slices on a nonstick baking sheet with a lip.
- Put the sheet in a 400F (200C) oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the pan, turn the potato slices over, sprinkle with Parmesan, and return to the oven for 10 minutes longer.
- When done, remove the chips from the pan and serve them immediately.
Notes
- The chips should be golden brown and very crunchy when finished.
- These chips are a simple snack perfect for after-school treats.
