- 1 (3.4 oz.) box gingerbread-flavored instant pudding and pie filling
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup butterscotch schnapps
- 1 (8 oz.) tub whipped topping
- Shot glasses
- Mini gingerbread men cookies
- Whipped cream and cinnamon for topping
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix instant gingerbread pudding and milk with a whisk until combined.
- Add butterscotch schnapps and whisk again until combined. Slowly fold in whipped topping.
- Freeze for at least an hour to thicken.
- Spoon into shot glasses and top with gingerbread men cookies, whipped cream, and cinnamon.
- Refrigerate until serving.
