  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Melt chocolate and butter in a microwave or double boiler. Let cool.
  3. Whisk flour, xanthan gum, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and granulated sugar in a bowl.
  4. Add melted chocolate mixture, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until dough forms.
  5. Scoop dough into 24 pieces, roll into balls, coat with confectioners’ sugar, and flatten slightly.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until set.
