- 2 crushed candy canes
- 4 oz melted white chocolate (dairy-free if needed)
Instructions
- Beat butter and both sugars in a large bowl until combined.
- Add remaining wet ingredients and mix well.
- Incorporate dry ingredients, spooning flour and cocoa carefully.
- Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Roll dough into balls, sprinkle lightly with crushed candy canes.
- Bake on parchment-lined sheet for 10-13 minutes.
- Shape cookies with a round cutter while warm.
- Melt white chocolate and drizzle over cooled cookies.
- Sprinkle with more crushed candy canes.
