Description

Simple, no-bake energy bites made with dates and coconut for a naturally sweet, gluten-free snack.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw nuts
  • 1/4 cup protein powder or adaptogen blend (optional)
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut plus more for rolling

Instructions
