- 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup granola
- 5 tbs butter
- 750 g Dannon light and fit vanilla greek yogurt (about 5 cups)
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1/4 cup raspberries
Instructions
- Place graham crackers and granola in a food processor until finely ground.
- Add the butter and process until combined.
- Press the mixture into greased individual tart cups or a pie pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for about 10 minutes.
- Let the crust cool completely.
- Fill the cooled crusts with the Greek yogurt.
- Arrange the strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries on top as desired.
- Serve immediately or keep refrigerated.
Notes
- You can use all graham cracker crumbs if you prefer not to use granola in the crust.
- Consider adding sliced bananas or peaches on top if you plan to eat the tart cups right away.
