Make these light, refreshing individual tart cups using a simple graham cracker and granola crust, filled with vanilla Greek yogurt and topped with fresh berries.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 5 tbs butter
  • 750 g Dannon light and fit vanilla greek yogurt (about 5 cups)
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberries

Instructions

  1. Place graham crackers and granola in a food processor until finely ground.
  2. Add the butter and process until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into greased individual tart cups or a pie pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 10 minutes.
  5. Let the crust cool completely.
  6. Fill the cooled crusts with the Greek yogurt.
  7. Arrange the strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries on top as desired.
