Instructions
- Brown the ground beef with the diced onion in a skillet.
- Add the sliced zucchini to the skillet and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the tomato sauce and Italian seasoning.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top the mixture evenly with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350°F.
