Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Transfer the turkey to the crockpot.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients to the crockpot.
  4. Stir well to combine.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Serve hot.
