A simple and nutritious turkey chili made in a crockpot, perfect for a low-calorie dinner.

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat.
- Transfer the turkey to the crockpot.
- Add all remaining ingredients to the crockpot.
- Stir well to combine.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot.

- You can add more vegetables like corn or zucchini.
- Top with avocado or Greek yogurt for extra flavor.
