- 250 g Kodiak Power Cakes Pancake Mix
- 29 g Unflavored Collagen Protein Powder
- 1 cup Whole Milk
- 1 Large Whole Egg
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 120 g Blueberries
Instructions
- Pre-heat your oven to 350°F.
- Grease muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except blueberries. Mix until smooth by hand or using an electric mixer.
- Fill each muffin tin ¾ of the way full with the batter.
- Drop 4 – 5 blueberries into each muffin cup.
- Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Notes
