  • 0.25 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 0.5 Cup Sweetener
  • 2 Cups Nut Milk

Instructions

  1. Grind the chia seeds into a powder using a coffee grinder or similar appliance to achieve a mousse-like texture.
  2. Set the powdered chia seeds aside.
  3. In a glass jar, combine the powdered sweetener and cocoa powder.
  4. Use a hand blender to mix the sweetener and cocoa.
  5. Slowly pour the nut milk into the jar while continuing to mix the pudding base.
  6. Add the powdered chia seeds to the mixture; the pudding will thicken immediately.
  7. Use the hand mixer to blend until all powdered chia seeds are incorporated and no crumbles remain.
  8. Pour the pudding into serving containers. It will thicken more as it sets.
