Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 cups frozen hashbrowns
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 12 cups cheddar cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet and season it with salt and pepper. Drain any excess fat.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the frozen hashbrowns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and half of the cheddar cheese until combined.
  3. Stir the browned ground beef into the hashbrown mixture.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  5. Top the casserole evenly with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350°F until hot and bubbly.
