- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 cups frozen hashbrowns
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1–2 cups cheddar cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet and season it with salt and pepper. Drain any excess fat.
- In a large bowl, mix the frozen hashbrowns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and half of the cheddar cheese until combined.
- Stir the browned ground beef into the hashbrown mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top the casserole evenly with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350°F until hot and bubbly.

- You can use shredded potatoes instead of frozen hashbrowns if you prefer.
