Description

A creamy, non-alcoholic drink with apple cider, pecan syrup, and vanilla extract, garnished with toasted pecans and orange peel.


Ingredients

  • 2 oz apple cider
  • 1 oz pecan syrup (or maple syrup)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 dashes aromatic bitters (alcohol-free)
  • Large ice cube
  • Toasted pecans (for garnish)
  • Orange peel (for garnish)
  • Cinnamon stick (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Add apple cider, pecan syrup, and vanilla extract to a shaker.
  2. Add two dashes of aromatic bitters.
  3. Fill the shaker halfway with ice and shake gently.
  4. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
  5. Twist the orange peel over the drink to release oils, then drop it in.
  6. Skewer a toasted pecan on a cocktail pick and rest it on top.
  7. Add a cinnamon stick if desired.
  8. Serve immediately.
