Ingredients
1 lb sirloin steak

2 cups brown rice/quinoa/cauliflower rice
1 cup roasted chickpeas
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cucumber, diced
½ red onion, sliced
½ cup kalamata olives
⅓ cup feta cheese
¼ cup parsley or dill
Tzatziki: yogurt, cucumber, lemon, garlic, dill
Lemon vinaigrette: olive oil, lemon, honey, garlic, oregano
Instructions
