Millionaire Peach Salad combines ripe peaches, creamy mozzarella, walnuts, feta, basil, and balsamic glaze into a refreshing summer dish. Quick to prepare and perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients
4 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
1 cup fresh mozzarella balls, halved
1 cup arugula or mixed greens
1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
1/4 cup balsamic glaze
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Instructions
Wash peaches, pit them, and slice into wedges.
Place arugula or mixed greens in a large serving bowl.
Add mozzarella, walnuts, feta, and basil.
Drizzle balsamic glaze over the salad.
Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Toss gently and chill for 10–15 minutes.
Serve immediately, chilled.
