- 2 large eggs
- 1 (13.25oz) box yellow cake mix

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350° F and grease two bread loaf pans.
- Mash the bananas with a fork in a medium or large bowl.
- Mix the mashed bananas with the eggs and the box of DRY cake mix.
- Divide the batter evenly between both bread pans.
- Optionally, top the batter with chocolate chips or chopped nuts.
- Bake on the center rack for 25 to 35 minutes. Baking time may vary based on your pan material (metal pans usually take 25 minutes).
