Ingredients

1 cup warm water (not boiling)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (raw, unfiltered)
Juice of half a fresh lemon
¼ tsp grated or powdered ginger
Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
Instructions
Warm the water until slightly hot, not boiling.
Add apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, ginger, and salt.
Stir well until dissolved.
Drink 15–20 minutes before meals or in the morning.
Notes
- Start with one drink per day and increase gradually.
